Job summary

Jyllikleen in Nova Scotia is seeking a reliable housekeeper to join our team. The role covers cleaning duties across facilities, including sweeping floors, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, and attending to guests' requests. No prior experience is required as comprehensive on‑the‑job training is provided.

You’ll work 35 hours per week with shifts in the early morning, day, evening, or weekend. English is the working language.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
• Provide basic information on facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
