CLASS 5 HOME DELIVERY DRIVER

LOCATION: REGINA, SK

JAY'S TRANSPORTATION GROUP LTD. is one of the largest household moving companies in Saskatchewan. As an agent for Atlas Van Lines, our Moving Division offers local and long-distance moving services. As a subsidiary of The Mullen Group, we also provide direct freight service to over 550 locations in the province.

Responsibilities

• Deliver appliances, furniture and various online purchases within city and surrounding areas in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all customers homes are properly protected to avoid property damage
• Ensure truck is loaded properly and securely for transportation
• Ensure customer peace of mind during delivery or pick up
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Ensure updates of apps, safety and charging of work phone
• Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
• Adhere to all company safety policies

Qualifications

• PREVIOUS MOVING OR HOME DELIVERY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• Valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract
• Experience driving 5-ton truck
• Good work attitude and willing to learn
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
