Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Nepean, Ontario is seeking a Class 3 (Utility Route Driver) to join its safety-conscious team. You will complete all assigned customer services on a defined route, meet customer needs, and sell additional services while complying with local, provincial, and federal regulations.

We offer company-paid training to ensure success with Safety-Kleen! As a full-time driver, you will visit various customer sites, deliver exceptional service, and attract new sales along the route.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class 3 license.
• Manual transmission experience required.
• Experience on route/sales is preferred.
• Commercial driving experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Bilingual French and English.
• Ability to use a mobile handheld computer.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites on a defined route.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Generate new sales leads along the route.
• Safely operate delivery trucks (bulk lube and oil tanker).

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Visit various customer sites per day, on a defined route;
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients;
• Generate/Provide new sales leads along the route;
• Safely operate bulk lube delivery box truck, and oil tanker truck.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class 3 license required;
• Manual Transmission required;
• Previous Route/Sales Experience preferred;
• Previous commercial driving experience an asset;
• Previous customer service skills;
• Bilingual; French and English;
• Ability to use a mobile hand held computer.
