Canada Cartage Group in Alberta is seeking a dependable Class 1 Shunt Truck Driver to rotate shifts of 12 hours with a 4 on - 4 off schedule. The driver will be responsible for moving shunt trailers and performing local deliveries within Calgary.

Ideal candidates must hold a valid Class 1 driver’s license and demonstrate strong communication skills while prioritizing safety and customer service. The company offers career growth opportunities in a supportive workplace culture.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class 1 driving experience required.
• Clean 5-year commercial driving abstract (no more than 3 demerits and 3 negative events).
• Ability to safely perform hand-bombing, including manual loading and unloading of freight.

Responsabilidades

• Move around 15-25 shunt trailers per shift using a shunt truck.
• Park trailers efficiently and maintain tidy yard spacing to facilitate traffic flow.
• Perform local deliveries within Calgary.
