XTL Transport Inc. is seeking Class 1 Part-Time Domestic Drivers to join our Airdrie team for Alberta regional runs and overnight overnight operations. The role emphasizes safety, a clean driving record, and weekend availability.

Training is provided, with opportunities to move into full-time roles as seniority allows. Applicants should have a valid Class 1 license, 2+ years of long-haul experience (Canada-wide or Canada/US), and reefers experience, plus a 10-year commercial abstract.

Competenze

• Must hold a valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
• Minimum 2 years of long-haul experience (Canada-wide or Canada/US).
• Experience driving through at least two consecutive winter seasons.
• Reefer experience required.
• Clean Driver’s Abstract: zero moving violations, fewer than 5 demerits, ability to provide 10-year commercial abstract.

• Operate as a Class 1 driver on Alberta regional runs (Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat).
• Commit to working Sundays when needed.
• Support overnight runs to Grande Prairie & Saskatoon (optional).

The Opportunity

XTL Transport Inc. is currently GROWING and we are seeking Class 1 Part-Time Domestic Drivers to join our Airdrie team.

This role involves:

• Sunday evening loads within Alberta delivering throughout the night to Costco afterhours.

Please note: These positions will lead into full-time opportunities as they become available in order of Seniority.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years of long-haul experience (Canada-wide or Canada/U.S.)
• Experience driving through at least two consecutive winter seasons
• Reefer experience
• Clean Driver’s Abstract:
  • Zero moving violations (e.g., speeding)
  • Fewer than 5 demerits
  • Ability to provide a 10-year commercial abstract from all provinces where a Class 1 license has been held
• MUST Committo working every Sunday when needed

Compensation

• $28.12/hour for Alberta regional runs (Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, etc.)

• $0.54 per mile for Grande Prairie & Saskatoon overnight runs (If you want to help with these overnight loads)

• Weekly pay via payroll

• Paid wait time (hourly rate)

• Fully paid training:
  • 3 days in-class + 2days in-cab
  • Must be available to attend all 5 consecutivedays of training (Monday to Friday) Orientation starts at 9am Monday to Wednesday and in Cab training start times will be dependent on the Mentors schedules.

• Modern fleet of newer International trucks (renewed every 3-4 years)
