Job summary

Birch Mountain Enterprises is looking to hire experienced Class 1 Operators at our Kearl site location. This role involves hauling both water and sewer, operating water and VAC units, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance on site in all weather conditions.

Preference is for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of manual transmission experience, TDG knowledge, and prior fluid hauling experience. Camp accommodations and flights from site to Edmonton or Calgary are provided, with 14

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with clean abstract.
• Minimum 3 years experience including up to 18 speed manual Class 1 equipment.
• Previous or related experience operating water and VAC units.
• Certification in TDG, WHMIS, H2S Alive, First Aid recommended.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple Class 1 units safely and efficiently (water, sewer, vacuum).
• Follow dispatch/supervisor instructions and complete daily docs.
• Maintain and inspect trucks and equipment; perform pre/post trip inspections.
• Follow TDG and WHMIS standards and regulations; ensure training kept current.
• Provide customer-focused service at the client site.
