Job summary

RONA is seeking an experienced L5 delivery driver to join our team in Quebec. You will drive a class 1 trailer, operate a Moffett forklift and crane truck, and deliver products to customers while upholding our professional standards.

You will oversee orders, process invoices and returns, load and unload merchandise, and support warehouse duties. A Class 1 license with CFTR certification, a Moffett forklift license, and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• CFTR certification and Moffett forklift license required.
• Ability to perform physical work (loads up to 23 kg) and outdoor work up to 80% of time.
• Strong customer service skills; familiarity with electronic tools (e.g., Zebra) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a trailer truck (class 1) and operate a forklift (Moffett) and crane truck for deliveries.
• Oversee orders, including invoices, payments, and returns; provide customer service.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain truck and equipment to meet standards and regulations.
• Load, unload, and transport merchandise to customer sites; ensure safety and service standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, order picking, and department upkeep.
