Qualifications

• Class 1 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy crane trucks (stiff boom, knuckle boom, or similar).
• Crane certification and rigging experience is a strong asset.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or rental environments.
• Strong understanding of load securement and jobsite safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret lift plans and work safely around personnel and structures.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 1 heavy crane truck to transport, load, unload, and position equipment at customer locations.
• Perform safe crane lifts in various environments (construction, industrial, commercial).
• Deliver and recover rental equipment while following safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments to identify lifting hazards and establish safe work zones.
• Secure loads and ensure proper transportation of equipment per regulations.
• Provide basic customer guidance and equipment orientation as needed.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip crane inspection reports.
