Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Class 1 Driver to safely deliver and pick up equipment at customer worksites in Fort McMurray, Alberta. You will operate a flatbed or roll-back truck, drive in tight environments, tow generators, and may operate cranes with training provided. Pre-employment background checks apply.

The role offers 14 on/14 off shifts, fly-in/fly-out, with flights from Calgary/Edmonton and accommodations provided. Benefits include health, dental, RRSP matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Class 1 Driver’s Licence with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with commercial equipment or heavy haul (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and recover rental equipment using a Class 1 vehicle (flatbed or roll-back).
• Drive in tight jobsite environments (construction, commercial, events).
• Tow generators up to 20,000 lbs (experience preferred).
• Operate cranes (training available).
• Provide basic equipment demonstrations at job sites.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs on equipment/vehicles.
• Deliver excellent customer service at each stop.

Sunbelt Rentals is looking for a Class 1 Driver to safely deliver and pick up equipment, tools, and supplies from customer worksites. You’ll operate a flatbed or roll‑back truck in urban, suburban, and rural environments—including tight construction zones—while representing our brand with strong customer service.

The shift is 14 on/14 off. This is a Fly-in/Fly-out position. $1500 per month and flights from Calgary/Edmonton are provided. Accommodations provided.

Base Pay Range

33.25 - 49.88
