Searcy Trucking, part of the Trimac Family of Companies, is hiring at our Winnipeg, MB location for experienced Class 1 CDL drivers. The role offers starting pay of $27.50 per hour with overtime after 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week.

Expect 40–60 hours weekly with shifts 6:00 am–10:00 pm and hourly trips starting/finishing at a Searcy Terminal. Benefits include a 2.5% safety and performance bonus paid three times per year, a $150 CSA safety boots voucher, supplied gloves and high-visibility

Qualifications

• CDL Class 1 required for the role.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Must meet company safety standards regarding driving record.

Pay Details

• Starting at $27.50 per hour
• Overtime paid after 9 hours/day or 45 hours/week

Schedule

• 6:00 am - 10:00 pm
• 7 days per week (as operational needs require)

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Commercial Driver's License
• 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Past 7 years without:

• Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
• A preventable rollover or fatality crash

Past 3 years without:

• License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
• A major preventable accident
• Two or more moving convictions
