Job summary

Manitoulin Transport is hiring a City P&D Driver at our Lethbridge terminal for a full-time five-day week, starting at 7:00 AM. Driver will handle dock-to-dock pickups and deliveries, perform inspections, and maintain logs electronically while ensuring timely service for customers.

The role requires a Class 1 license, TDG/WHMIS, forklift experience, and the ability to work independently with strong communication. Competitive incentive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Class 1 Driver license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of pick-up & delivery experience is an asset.
• Dock experience is an asset.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Knowledge of the Lethbridge area is an asset.
• Flat Deck Trailer and LCV qualifications are an asset.
• TDG, WHMIS, and forklift experience required.
• Must provide a criminal record check, driver abstract, and 2 work-related references.

Responsibilities

• Complete pickups and deliveries in Lethbridge and surrounding area.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and keep logs up to date on an electronic logging device.
• Secure freight for transport.
• Work with customers to ensure their needs are met in a timely fashion.
