Manitoulin Transport in Alberta is looking for a reliable Dock to Driver Assistant who starts at 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday. You will handle dock duties at shift start and end, unload inbound trailers, stage freight, and load for a P&D run, while maintaining safety and company policies.

Ideal candidates have a valid Class 5 license, forklift experience (asset), can lift 50 pounds, and meet deadlines. Delivery experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Class 5 license required minimum.
• Forklift experience is an Asset.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Delivery experience is an asset.
• Must have a positive attitude and good safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Start time: 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• Dock responsibilities at the start of shift and at the end if required.
• Unload inbound trailers, stage freight, and load your truck for a P&D run.
• Document overages, shortages, and damages on a handheld device.
• Cube and weigh freight as required.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck.
• Do local Class 5 body job deliveries and pick-ups in the area.
• Some lifting required.
• Ability to follow Health & Safety and Company policies.
