About The Role

We're seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Claims Analyst to be the guiding star for our HUB Account Teams and cherished Clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage claims data in a thoughtful and approachable way which will benefit internal and external clients alike.
  • Compile information and create/maintain loss runs in Excel.
  • Be able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
  • Keep our valued Clients and Account Teams in the loop with thoughtful and timely updates. Your advice and guidance will be their north star during the claims process.
  • With your meticulous attention to detail, you'll maintain crystal-clear and up-to-date electronic claims files through Epic, ensuring a smooth journey for everyone involved
  • Serve as a trusted advocate for our clients, navigating Personal and Commercial Lines claims with grace and expertise
  • Providing guidance to internal teams on the claims process and building knowledge and capability.
  • Dive into policy wording with a keen eye, analyzing and interpreting the details as a pro to best serve our clients.

  • Familiarity with Excel. Not only limited to knowing reference type formulas, V and X look ups, index function, if’ statements, pivot tables, and power query.
  • Understand finance terminology (willingness to learn)
  • This role requires someone who is detail oriented, able to solve problems, communicates well, and can work independently.
