Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time site inspection for all aspects of the project, including reporting from site visits.
• Be familiar with contract documents and all applicable construction and safety codes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Follow all client and construction manager policies and procedures related to health, safety, environment, and security.
• Verify that construction proceeds in accordance with the Contract Documents.
• Identify significant deviations from the original contract drawings, including changes on Post-Contract Drawings, Change Orders, or Site Instructions.
• Check and verify all as-built records for completeness and accuracy, and submit them to the owner.
• Coordinate with other technicians and disciplines to produce design deliverables.
• Assist senior engineers and designers as needed.

• Experience with structural steel or concrete, geotechnical field work, and construction is beneficial.
