Our expertise in infrastructure includes aviation, highways and bridges, planning and advisory services, ports, rail and transit, tunnels, and water. Want to be part of the creation and construction of our cities? Then the infrastructure team is for you!

Responsibilities:
  1. Be responsible for providing full-time site inspection for all aspects of the project, including reporting from site visits.
  2. Be thoroughly familiar with the contract documents and all applicable construction and safety codes and standards.
  3. Be thoroughly familiar with all applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.
  4. Comply with all Client and Construction Manager policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to health, safety, the environment, and security.
  5. Verify construction is proceeding in general conformity with the Contract Documents.
  6. Show significant deviations in construction from the original Contract drawings, including changes shown on Post-Contract Drawings, changes resulting from Change Orders or from Site Instructions.
  7. Check and verify, through regular site inspections and monitoring of the contractor, all as-built records for completeness and accuracy and submit to the owner.
  8. Coordinate with other technicians and related disciplines to produce design deliverables.
  9. Assist Senior Engineers and Designers as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program.
  2. In good academic standing; extracurricular involvement is considered an asset.
  3. Experience with structural steel or concrete, geotechnical field work, and construction is an asset.
  4. Attributes of a young professional: team player, passion for learning, challenges, and your field of study.
  5. Relationship builders and community-oriented; interested in innovation, sustainability, safety, and quality.
