Job summary

GCM Consultants in Calgary, AB seeks a permanent, full-time Civil/Structural Lead to guide projects across energy, mining, manufacturing and construction sectors. You will model steel and concrete structures, supervise drawings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, P.Eng eligibility, and at least 5 years in structures, preferably in heavy industry. Hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Produce calculation notes, technical documents, and drawings and conduct technical studies.

On a daily basis you will have to:

• Act as a civil/structural technical lead for various mandates in the energy, mining, manufacturing and construction sectors.
• Participate in regular meetings with the client.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Be a member of the provincial professional association or eligible for membership
