Mann Operations Group is an industry leader in civil construction and excavations. This position will work with our CEO and executive leadership team to strategically support our business objectives. The Mann Operations Group includes industry leaders: Don Mann Excavating, RG Excavating, Victoria Drains, and new venture, Axis Shoring & Drilling.

We are looking for a skilledStrategic Coordinatorto join our team.

Key Qualifications

· 3+ years’ experience in business management roles.

· Strong business acumen with experience in project management and / or strategic analysis.

· Experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in business (Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, etc.), MBA strongly preferred.

Key Duties

· Ensures quarterly, annual, and long-term strategic plans are communicated appropriately to all levels of the organization.

· Identifies and monitors key company KPIs, tracking progress of strategic objectives and ensuring action items are completed.

· Coordinates flow of information and accountability between divisions and subsidiaries with the CEO.

. Chairs relevant meetings, taking minutes, tracking action logs, and supporting follow through.

. Gathers, organizes, and analyses operational and financial data from all business units and subsidiaries to support executive decision making.

. Provides executive assistance to the CEO through schedule management, prioritizing requests, managing correspondence and other special projects assigned.
