Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in mega infrastructure projects and specialized expertise in earthworks. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a solid track record of managing and delivering complex engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead civil engineering activities across large-scale infrastructure and earthworks projects.
Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and plans for compliance with project requirements.
Oversee site preparation, grading, excavation, and ground improvement works.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, structural, and environmental engineers.
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with a strong focus on mega projects and earthworks (highways, airports, industrial zones, or similar).
Proven track record in managing large-scale earthworks from design through to execution.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, construction methodologies, and project management tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent preferred.
