Civil Engineer - Environmental Remediation

Our client is an environmental firm committed to protecting ecosystems and public health. We are seeking a civil engineer specializing in contaminated site remediation to play a key role in designing and implementing innovative soil and groundwater remediation solutions.

Your Missions

1. Environmental Assessment: Conduct in-depth studies to analyze soil and groundwater contamination levels and extents.
2. Design of Remediation Plans: Develop strategies tailored to technical, regulatory, and budgetary constraints.
3. Work Supervision: Coordinate and lead field teams, ensuring safety and environmental standards compliance.
4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with geologists, chemists, and biologists for comprehensive approaches.

Your Profile

• Education: University degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Language: Proficiency in French (working language).
• Experience: Prior experience in contaminated site remediation is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles related to the environment; expertise in geotextiles is a plus.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: Ability to interpret complex data and propose solutions.
• Communication: Excellent writing skills and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Certification: Membership of the Order of Engineers (Full License).
