Placements24 is seeking a skilled Civil Designer in Kimberley, Canada to support the engineering team by producing accurate drawings, plans and schematics using CAD software for civil infrastructure projects.

You will design site layouts, grading, drainage and utilities, ensuring drawings meet project specs and standards while coordinating with engineers and project managers in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Draughting.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Civil Designer or Draughtsperson.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Civil 3D is essential.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles related to site development and infrastructure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, and sections using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
