Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CIPP Sewer Lining Foreman to join our team in performing trenchless sewer and storm line rehabilitation and repair. The Crew Foreman supervises job site activities, trains and mentors crew members, reads blueprints, and ensures safety and compliance. The role involves managing equipment repairs, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with manual labor to deliver quality results. Flexibility and the ability to travel to project sites are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify hazards and ensure unsafe actions are corrected.
• Supervise and coordinate crew activities in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Train, mentor, and support crew members to complete jobs safely, on time, and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to plan procedures.
• Order supplies and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Schedule and coordinate repairs of equipment and machinery.
• Assess job sites for hazards and communicate issues to relevant parties.
• Inspect projects for compliance with codes and regulations.
• Assist with manual labor as needed and work in various weather conditions.
• Uphold company culture and core values.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in utilities.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work in confined spaces and all weather conditions.
• Leadership skills and knowledge of safety procedures, confined space entry, and CIPP Lining.
• Ability to interpret instructions and perform tasks independently.
• Proficiency in measurements and calculations.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Confined Space, WHMIS, Fall Protection certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Additional training as required.
