BlockReel in Toronto is seeking a Camera Operator for a corporate documentary project focusing on innovative tech startups. You will handle the second camera for interviews and assist the lead DP to maintain a polished, cinematic look on location.

Own a reliable mirrorless/DSLR package and provide relevant lenses; a reel or portfolio will showcase your eye and technical proficiency. Dates are primarily the first half of November 2026, with 8–10 hour days across 5–7 days.

Qualifikationen

• Own reliable camera package capable of professional video recording (mirrorless or DSLR).
• Experience with corporate or documentary shoots is a plus but strong candidates at any level may apply.
• Able to demonstrate a reel or portfolio.
• Based in or able to work in Toronto, Ontario.

Aufgaben

• Operate a second camera (B-cam) for interviews.
• Support the A-cam during on-location shoots with framing/exposure.
• Assist with setup and teardown of gear.
