Job summary

Magellan Aerospace is seeking a Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety & Environmental Manager to lead operational excellence across CI, HSE and MOS™. This role provides cross-functional leadership and reports to the Division Manager.

Responsibilities include leading Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen initiatives, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance, MOS audits, and safety programs; travel 0–5%. The position emphasizes budgeting and collaboration with Engineering, Production and Quality to drive efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in CI, Safety, and Environmental roles within manufacturing.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred); ISO 14001/45001 auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI strategy, roadmap and cross-functional programs with Engineering, Production, Planning, Maintenance and Quality.
• Drive ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 safety compliance.
• Serve as MOS™ Advisor; conduct MOS audits and standardize tools/templates.
• Lead JHSC and safety training; liaise with union/management to improve wellbeing.
• Manage budgeting for CI, Safety, Environmental and Security activities and support capital projects.
