Job summary

Mondelēz International Canada, based in the greater Toronto area, is seeking a CS&L Continuous Improvement Lead to drive end‑to‑end supply chain CI projects. You will lead data‑driven initiatives to improve transportation, warehousing, and logistics efficiency while building CI capabilities across the function.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, SAP and ERP tools, and advanced data analytics (Excel, Power BI) to deliver measurable gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven experience in CS&L/SC management and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven problem solving and process design skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CI strategy for CS&L, focusing on transportation and warehousing efficiency.
• Lead data‑driven initiatives to measure, track, and report performance improvements.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma adoption and training across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and best practices.
