Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking casual, temporary staff to support the Christmas Kettle Campaign in Canada. You will greet donors, handle donations with care, and communicate program information across a mall setting. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and split shifts as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 12 kg. Training and accommodations are provided to support a successful placement.

Responsibilities

• Remain at the Kettle for the full shift and ensure security of donations.

• Present a positive image and represent TSA while on duty.
• Work with minimal supervision and comply with all Salvation Army policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:This is a temporary casual relief position based on no standard weekly hours of work; there are no guaranteed hoursMust be willing and able to work shifts that may include days, afternoons, evenings, weekend shifts, and split shifts, Monday through Saturday.
