Myo invites clinicians to join a growing network across Canada and the U.S. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, client-centered care through 1:1 sessions and proactive treatment plans designed to help clients move, feel, and perform at their best for longer.

You’ll engage with mentoring, ongoing education, and cross-disciplinary collaboration within a strong clinic culture focused on growth, professional development, and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
• Have the appropriate liability insurance.
• Put clients' needs first, demonstrated through behaviours such as cross-referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or dropped clients and an openness to work with clients’ schedules.
• Eager to learn from Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians.
• Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting client care and performance accordingly.
• Be a team player and contribute to the development of the entire team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to every client that walks through our door.
• Use your clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans to help clients do what they love, longer.
• Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload.
• Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided from within the organization as well as external resources.
• Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician on an ongoing basis to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow.
