As a clinician, you will benefit from structured mentorship, in-clinic mentors, 90-day onboarding, and ongoing workshops. We offer growth within a dynamic team expanding across new markets.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in good standing with your college
• Liability insurance required
• Focus on client needs and proactive communication and referral when appropriate

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to every client
• Use clinical reasoning to create action plans for clients
• Engage with local referral sources to grow your caseload
• Participate in mentorship and clinical education within the organization
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and Lead Clinician on growth and training
