Chiropractor – Rebalance Sports Medicine - Yonge & Adelaide

30 hours per week

Location: 110 Yonge Street, Toronto ON

Responsibilities:

• Regular communication with external stakeholders and healthcare teams in clinical and hospital settings
• Performing complex clinical assessments and implementing active treatment plans
• Collaborating with rehabilitation professionals and liaising with orthopedic surgeons and specialists for complex injuries
• Participating in weekly case conferences with the interdisciplinary team
• Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and contributing to team reports

Qualifications:

• Registration with the provincial College of Chiropractors
• 1-3 years of experience treating clients in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation and willingness to be trained
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Experience with WSIB, MVA, insurance-funded cases, and occupational rehab preferred
