Dixon Hall in Toronto is seeking a Part-time Chinese Client Intervention Worker to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the community. The role is 21 hours weekly, Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM.
You will provide case management, advocate for vulnerable clients, complete interRAI CHA assessments, and coordinate with partners. Must have a B.S.W./gerontology, 2–3 years' experience, Cantonese/Mandarin skills, and eligibility to work in Canada.

The Chinese Client Intervention Worker will be required to work 21 hours a week; Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Reporting to the Manager, Comprehensive Intake and Care, theClient Intervention Worker will support Chinese seniors, Chinese Adults with disabilities or chronic illnesses in the community requiring case management assistance and support to improve their quality of life.
