Saskatchewan Ltd. in Creighton is seeking dynamic individuals to join as Children’s Service Workers in TERM positions. You will deliver protective, preventative and support services to children and families using the P.R.I.D.E. model and Family Centered Case Management.

The role emphasizes building open relationships with clients, foster and biological families, and collaborating with First Nation agencies to plan for long‑term care and to address poverty and systemic barriers.

Qualifications

• Provide protective, preventative and support services to children and families using the P.R.I.D.E. model and The Family Centered Case Management Model of practice.
• Develop and maintain open, honest working relationships and encourage teamwork with clients, foster families, biological families, collateral agencies, and colleagues within the unit and community.
• Apply knowledge of multicultural beliefs and values, with particular emphasis on First Nations and Métis perspectives.
• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure access to services and resources, remove barriers to independence, and promote overall well‑being.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are devoted to helping others and improving the lives and well‑being of children and families to join our team as Children’s Service Workers to fill TERM positions in the Creighton office. In this role, you will provide a range of services designed to provide protective, preventative and support services to children and their families using the P.R.I.D.E. model and The Family Centered Case Management Model of practice.

In this position you will:

• Develop and maintain open, honest working relationships and encourage teamwork with clients, foster families, biological families, collateral agencies, and colleagues within the unit and community.
