Job summary

TreeSproutHaven Inc. in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking a Full-time youth worker to plan and run after-school, land-based and cultural activities for children and youth, creating a safe, connected space where they can grow with confidence.

You will provide one-to-one mentorship, homework support and guidance through hard days, while collaborating with families, schools and child welfare to keep supports joined up.

Qualifications

• Diploma in child and youth care, social work, education or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Indigenous children, youth and families.
• Current First Aid/CPR, or willingness to train.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
