  • Complete all required documentation and case closures promptly.

  • Follow TELUS Health’s protocols for case scheduling, confidentiality, and clinical recordkeeping.

  • Meet expectations for case volume, client engagement, and service delivery metrics.

What You Bring

  • Professional liability insurance.

  • At least two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience with:

    • Children, youth, and families experiencing complex mental health and relational issues

    • Trauma, grief, domestic violence, and abuse

    • Mandated clients and families involved with child protection services

    • Substance use and risk assessment

  • Fluency in Arabic; ability to provide linguistically appropriate care to Arabic-speaking families.

  • Understanding of anti-racism, racial trauma, and anti-oppressive, equity-centered frameworks.

  • Clinical experience using evidence-based practices such as:

    • CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, ARC Framework, IFS, and other trauma-informed models.
