Kitimat Community Development Centre is seeking a compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to support children and youth from birth to 19 years in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.

You will work on a multidisciplinary team, assisting with assessments, treatment plans, program development, and documentation while prioritizing family-centered care and cultural responsiveness.

Formación

• Experience collaborating in interdisciplinary teams or with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to support documentation and program delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and community partners.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service plans and family-centered goals.
• Implement therapeutic, recreational, and physical activities under supervising therapists.
