BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care is seeking a Teacher Assistant to work alongside teachers and families to provide a safe, nurturing home-away-from-home for children in our care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Availability to work during regular hours.
• Must meet child care employment criteria.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with instruction and classroom activities.
• Ensure safety and supervision of children from 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Decorate classrooms as needed to create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean, warm space that encourages exploration.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child.
