Douglas College is seeking passionate individuals for the role of Regular Probationary Faculty in Child and Youth Care. Candidates should possess a Master's degree and have relevant teaching experience. The position involves fostering a supportive learning environment while engaging with students and the community.
$71,846-$115,129 Placement on the faculty salary scale is based on education, professional certification and experience and will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement.

You will instruct students, facilitate learning and evaluate student progress in the Child and Youth Care program. You will plan, organize and manage learning activities and resources, provide academic advice to learners and maintain high quality learner-centred instruction. Additional duties include building and taking part in community committees and initiatives, as well as active participation in department, faculty, and college-wide committees.
