What you’ll do

• Set the technical vision & roadmap for our web (React), mobile (ReactNative), and backend (Laravel PHP) stack.
• Lead & grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals—coaching, hiring, and leveling up.
• Scale our infrastructure on AWS to handle millions of daily feed impressions, marketplace transactions, and AI‑driven features.
• Champion security & reliability
• Drive product innovation in gamification and computer‑vision / AI features (Unity, Python AI/ML, OpenAI APIs).
• Partner with founders & investors on strategy, budgeting, and go‑to‑market decisions.
