Our client is the fastest growing social & marketplace platform for animal lovers (1.2 M users and counting). They're ready to scale and need a hands-on CTO to own that journey.

What you'll do:

1. Set the technical vision & roadmap for our web (React), mobile (React Native), and backend (Laravel PHP) stack.
2. Lead & grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals, including coaching, hiring, and leveling up.
3. Scale our infrastructure on AWS to handle millions of daily feed impressions, marketplace transactions, and AI-driven features.
4. Champion security & reliability
5. Drive product innovation in gamification and computer vision / AI features (Unity, Python AI/ML, OpenAI APIs).
6. Partner with founders & investors on strategy, budgeting, and go-to-market decisions.
