Expected Salary : $108,558 to $156,806

In this role, you will :

• Promote Systems Engineering Principles across projects and products in Babcock Canada’s sectors;
• Support governance, verification, and process implementation for Systems Engineering;
• Engage organization-wide throughout the product lifecycle, providing expertise and guidance;
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams;
• Ensure quality and accuracy from requirements to delivery and support;
• Collaborate on task prioritization and project planning;
• Influence early-stage solutions to reduce risks and maximize benefits;
• Maintain stakeholder partnerships and act as a Systems Engineering SME, communicating issues and solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate brings :

• An engineering degree from an accredited Canadian or recognized foreign institution;
• A Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license or immediate eligibility;
• 15+ years of experience in high-integrity engineering environments;
• 10+ years in Systems Engineering and product development;
• Leadership experience in technical teams and projects;
• Deep understanding of Systems Engineering principles in the design lifecycle;
• Experience in Defence system integration (asset);
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and eligibility for Canadian Security Clearances.
