BC Ferries is seeking an Operations/F&B Manager to oversee guest services and catering operations onboard our vessels. You will supervise galley, retail and passenger services staff, schedule duties and ensure safety, with a focus on delivering top-notch service to passengers across our routes.
The role requires 3–5 years in a leadership role in food service, relevant certificates, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
In this role, you will function similarly to an Operations Manager/Food and Beverage Manager onboard our vessels, overseeing guest services and ensuring a high standard of service in addition to managing catering operations and ensuring top-notch service on board our vessels.

The target salary range: $77,300 - $96,600 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
