STARS is seeking a Chief Pilot to lead the Aviation department across one of our bases in Alberta. This full-time management role requires overseeing the flight crew standards, training programs, and operational directives to ensure mission readiness and safety.
The ideal candidate will hold a Canadian ATPL(H) with Group 4 Instrument Rating and have ICCP/CRM training along with extensive multi-engine IFR and NVG experience.

We are currently looking for a Chief Pilot at any one of our bases in the Aviation department.
This is a full-time management position that includes a minimum 0.3 FTE Line Captain and/or Training Captain schedule.
