FNHA is excited to announce a compelling opportunity to become part of the Senior Executive leadership, as Chief Operating Officer, of a unique First Nations organization. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader who is skilled in managing complex operations across multiple departments and driving process and service improvements.
Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary: $220,588 - $248,176 - $275,763 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Monday-Friday)
Location: Park Royal office, West Vancouver. Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
About the Role
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will provide strategic executive level supports and be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the FNHA’s daily operations. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will work closely with the Senior Executive team to develop and implement strategies to advance FNHA goals and interests to the benefit of First Nations in BC, while ensuring quality and operational efficiency.
As COO, you will play a key role in establishing and strengthening relationships with health system partners and provide leadership in the process of strategic regionalization of programs and decision-making to improve the quality of services, closer to home for First Nations in BC.
