Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, active RN with College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical LTC experience, with ≥2 years in leadership.
• Knowledge of Ontario LTC legislation and regulations.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Vulnerable sector police reference check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all clinical programs and nursing/personal care services.
• Ensure resident care plans are developed, implemented and reviewed per standards.
• Ensure compliance with the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 and regulations.
