• Board Certification in a medical specialty required.
• Active California medical license required.
• 12+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in healthcare or managed care.
• 7+ years experience with Medi-Cal and Medicare populations.

• Provide executive oversight for medical management, quality, utilization management, and clinical strategy initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to improve healthcare quality, patient outcomes, operational performance and member experience.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with physicians, providers, and community partners.
• Lead and mentor physician leadership teams while fostering accountability, innovation and engagement.
• Support accreditation, compliance, quality improvement, and performance optimization efforts.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on health equity, wellness, affordability, and access to care.
