We’re seeking a Fractional or Full-Time Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a growth mindset, digital savvy, and an entrepreneurial edge to lead strategy, elevate our brand, and drive measurable results across all channels. You’ll work directly with our executive team and have the freedom to build, test, and scale innovative campaigns that shape public perception and drive client acquisition.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead Marketing Strategy : Help build a firm-wide marketing roadmap aligned with business goals—digital, traditional, and grassroots.
  • Grow Brand Visibility : Evolve our brand identity and storytelling across platforms, with a focus on trust, differentiation, and community impact.
  • Own Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute a powerful social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Create a compelling voice that engages, educates, and builds trust.
  • Create Social Campaigns That Convert : Build and manage organic and paid social media campaigns that generate leads, drive traffic, and support both awareness and case generation.
  • Oversee Paid Media & SEO : Manage performance-driven campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting), optimize SEO rankings, and leverage analytics to inform spend.
  • Drive Intake Growth : Collaborate with intake and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience and conversion optimization.
  • Manage Agencies & Vendors : Oversee relationships with SEO, PR, media, and creative partners—or build an in-house team as needed.
  • Innovate Relentlessly : Experiment with new content formats and platforms including short-form video, AI-powered content tools, influencer collaborations, and legal education content.

You Bring :

  • Proven experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Senior Marketing Director (legal, healthcare, or professional services experience is a plus—but not mandatory)
  • A strong track record of performance marketing success , lead generation, and ROI-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy , community building, and content-driven engagement
  • Deep understanding of digital media, SEO, paid campaigns, web conversion , and branding strategy
  • Leadership experience managing teams, creatives, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • A mix of creative thinking and data-driven execution
  • An agile, growth-oriented mindset —comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with executive visibility
