Our client is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to join a high-growth professional services firm scaling rapidly across Ireland.

With significant private equity backing and a strong track record of acquisitions, this is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role at a pivotal time. You’ll work closely with the executive team to shape financial strategy, optimise performance, and lead value-creating projects that drive national expansion.

What you’ll do:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business
• Optimise operational and company-wide KPIs to unlock value
• Drive system improvements and lead M&A due diligence and integration
• Support pricing, margin, and working capital strategies
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic growth initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Proven senior finance leadership experience, professional services, ‘billable’ environment could be an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen
• A strategic thinker with a bias for action and a track record of delivering results
