Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Compliance Testing, the Senior Manager, Compliance Testing will oversee and develop teams conducting independent compliance testing to meet regulatory and internal standards. Responsibilities include providing leadership, coaching, and development to achieve operational and professional goals.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Customer: Manage compliance testing teams, conduct research and analysis, develop schedules and budgets, and provide strategic guidance on compliance issues.
  2. Shareholder: Collaborate with business leaders to develop plans, optimize resource use, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Employee/Team: Lead and guide the team, set targets, grow expertise, and assess team needs.
