Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong experience in construction, specialty contracting or another project-based environment.
• Deep expertise in construction accounting and project financials.
• Strong forecasting, cash flow and controllership capabilities.
• Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into business decisions.
• Experience in a growth-oriented or private equity-backed environment is preferred.
• CPA designation is an asset.

Oakbridge Search Partners is excited to partner with a leading specialty construction contractor with 35+ years of experience delivering complex commercial, institutional and healthcare projects across Western Canada.

Backed by PE, our client is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team.

Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will be both a financial leader and strategic business partner, helping drive profitable growth, geographic expansion and the development of the financial infrastructure required to scale the organization.

Key areas of focus:

• Lead finance, accounting and controllership


• Own forecasting for revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital
