We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance, implementing improvements, and ensuring quality of services.

Main Responsibilities :

• Operations : Oversee daily operations of the business, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
• Manage, monitor, and improve the efficiency of support services including HR, Finance, Maintenance, and HSE.
• Liaise with the owner and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
• Project Management : Oversight of PMO (project management office).
• Financial : Utilize financial data to improve profitability, prepare and control operational budgets, and plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.

Requirements :

• 5+ years managerial experience.
• Extensive understanding of the oil and gas industry.
• Proven team player.
