You will lead a high‑performing, distributed engineering organization, ensuring alignment, clarity, and motivation across teams while driving AI-driven product initiatives and maintaining technical credibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering at scale and shaping product/tech strategy.
• Proven track record shipping software leveraging AI/tools.
• Ability to align exec teams around a shared direction.
• Comfort with uncertainty and rapid change in a startup/scale-up.
