We are seeking a dynamic Chief Digital and Technology Officer to drive our firm’s technology and digital strategy. This role will shape the next 3-5 years of innovation, ensuring seamless integration of AI, emerging technologies, and data-driven decision-making while enhancing the client digital experience. Working closely with senior leadership, this individual will oversee key initiatives across technology, security, and digital transformation, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall objectives.
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology and digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Lead the integration of AI and automation to enhance efficiency and elevate our client and people’s digital experience. Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and drive digital transformation across all service lines.
- Oversee the evolution of our Client Digital Experience platform to deliver seamless, integrated digital journey for clients. Drive the adoption of leading-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, engagement, and personalization. Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with target client segments and business priorities.
- Guide technology adoption and manage key vendor relationships to enable innovation and maximize strategic value.
- Support the Chief Data Officer (CDO) in developing and executing a firm-wide data strategy. Champion data-driven decision-making and promote strong governance practices to ensure quality, compliance, and effective data utilization.
Security & Risk Management
- Own and oversee the firm’s security strategy, integrating cybersecurity best practices across all operations. Develop policies and controls to protect data, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. Proactively monitor threats and implement incident response measures to maintain a robust security posture.
Operational Oversight & Resource Management
- Provide high-level guidance to the CIO, CDO, and Director of Client Digital Experience, ensuring strategic priorities are met. Oversee resource allocation and budgeting to maximize impact. Annual planning and monitor and track ROI and key performance metrics.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team in technology, digital, and security. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

- Having an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Digital Technologies is preferred.
- If you have industry knowledge in professional services, it will be considered a plus.
